For a long time now "au creux des vignes", measures have been taken to be as respectful of the environment as possible.

Your room

- plastic water bottles are a thing of the past: you will find a glass bottle filled with water filtered by a Nikken fountain with added minerals and a neutral PH.

- the various teas and herbal teas on the welcome tray are organic.

- no toiletries in individual plastic packaging but a bottle of organic shower gel is available in the shower cubicle.

- the sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases are made of natural fibers, either linen, double cotton gauze or organic cotton.

- the heating of your room comes from a very recent heat pump, known as a clean energy and you can manage the temperature as you wish. The room has double glazing and is lit with LED bulbs. The electricity of the house is a green energy 100% local provided by Alterna.

- no air conditioning in summer but the thick walls of the room and insulating curtains protect it from excessive heat.

- The cleaning of the shower and toilets is carried out with a mixture of white vinegar and water.

Breakfast

Most of the products offered are organic or local : teas, coffees, yogurts, cheese and butter, sourced directly from the producer, therefore in a very short circuit. The jams are homemade with fruits purchased from local producers, the fruit salads with seasonal and local fruits as well. Only the pastries and the baguette are not organic but come from the village baker. The seed bread is made with organic flours.

But also...

The gardens are watered with water from a well .

Recycling bins - glass, paper, packaging, etc. are available to allow you to sort your waste if you wish.

Household linen - duvet covers, sheets, pillowcases, towels, tablecloths - is washed with detergents that are also environmentally friendly, without phosphates , and outside peak electricity hours, particularly at night.
